Drug Court Students graduate for beating addiction

EUREKA – Its graduation day for seven drug court students. They received certificates for completing the program and beating addiction.

Family, friends, and supporters gathered in the Jury Section room of the Humboldt County Court House to watch all seven individuals live the moment they’ve all been waiting for.

They gave their testimonies about getting over addiction. Advice given to those that are currently battling addiction includes knowing that there are always therapists that specialist in addiction there to give full support and guidance along the road They also thanked those who helped them along the way. Even law enforcement who got them started on their road to sobriety by arresting them.
