Fortuna robber allegedly holds Shell gas station clerk at gunpoint

FORTUNA, CA. – An early morning robbery at a Fortuna gas station.

A police report shows the armed robbery took place just before 4AM Wednesday at the Shell gas station on Riverwalk Drive.

Allegedly, the clerk was held at gunpoint, with what they described as a black semi-automatic firearm, and was instructed to get on the ground facedown.

The suspect is described as wearing a black mask, black hoodie, and black pants, and left quickly.

No one was injured.
