EUREKA – The Northern California Community Blood Bank is getting a new CEO. As their current director is retiring, our Leon Purvis went to blood bank today.

Thomas Schallert won’t completely step away from the blood bank. He is still going to be involved on a board for a project called Safe Blood for Africa. They’re about to send their third blood mobile over to Nigeria.
