Kitchen may plead guilty, accept plea deal

Eureka., Ca (KIEM)-The fate of a fotuna resident accused of vehicle manslaughter may soon be decided, without going to trial.

A plea deal will be offered when she’s back in court Monday afternoon at 3. At the moment, deputy district attorney Stacey Eads said there’s no plea deal on the table. Kitchen could be sentenced to as many as 11 years in prison.
