Wiyot Tribe hosts Wiyot Day at Table Bluff Reservation

Loleta, Ca., (KIEM) The Wiyot Tribe hosts its annual Wiyot Day to provide an opportunity for the Humboldt County community to come together and celebrate Wiyot Culture and to honor the tribe’s elders and veterans.

Wiyot Day featured dance and cultural demonstrations, a Stick Game, Card Game Tournament, live music, games for kids and vendors.

The event was held at Table Bluff Reservation in Loleta.
