Del Norte County Supervisors to vote on Cannabis Ordinance

DEL NORTE COUNTY – Del Norte County Supervisors are expected to vote on an ordinance for Commercial Cannabis Retail and Manufacturing Activity.

Back in March, supervisors voted unanimously to not renew an emergency ordinance they had in place for a year. Which meant they had to prohibit all commercial cannabis activity.

Now, they’re looking to change that.

There are three different types of ordinances on the agenda.

They are to regulate activity outside and inside Coastal Zones and to change the ban on commercial cannabis retail activity.

The meeting begins at 10 am on 981 H street in Crescent City.
