Busy travel day at Humboldt County Airport

MCKINLEYVILLE, Ca (KIEM)- Expect full flights at the Humboldt County Airport, as this week is one of the busiest times of the year for travel.

We spoke to the director of aviation for the Humboldt County Airport in Mckinleyville, who wants to remind all passengers to arrive to the airport early. He adds that flights have the possibility of being delayed due to weather. But as of right, now all flights are scheduled to arrive on time tonight, as well as flights taking off early tomorrow morning.

They added all rental cars are currently sold out at the airport’s Hertz car rental.
