One injured in head-on crash

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)- One man is injured in a head-on crash in Eureka.

Just before four Friday afternoon, emergency personnel responded to the southbound lanes of Broadway in front of Taco Bell.

The crash involved a van and truck. The driver of the van was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Traffic was backed up for several miles on Broadway.

The crash is under investigation by the CHP.
