Trinidad Rancheria plans to downsize 6-story hotel project

TRINIDAD, Ca. (KIEM)- The Trinidad Rancheria has plans to downsize their proposed 100 room 6-story project after receiving feedback from the public.

They now are reconstructing the design to have a 4-story hotel but with the same number of rooms. There will be a floor below the lobby level for a conference room and pool.

This comes after they took public comments at a Special Trinidad City Council meeting regarding the hotel project and submitted opinions about the Environmental Review Phase.

No final decisions has been made, that will come after the New Year.
