EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM)- We all know how important the commercial fishing industry is to this area. The Humboldt Fishermen’s marketing association wants a say on Eureka’s plans when it comes to the changing tides of the sustainable fishing industry.

Representatives were at the Eureka City Council meeting last night with concerns. Our Leon Purvis caught up with a local fisherman and joins us in-studio now with more.
