Jury finds man guilty of burglary at Caltrans maintenance yard

EUREKA (KIEM)- A jury has found 46 year-old Rafey Michael James guilty of commercial burglary.

The conviction stems from a burglary back in October of 2018 at the Caltrans maintenance yard located between Eureka and Arcata.

James was also convicted of residential burglary in 2008 and 20-2. His sentencing is set for March 11 and could face up to ten years in prison.
