Jeff Tsarnas posted bail after felony hit and run

Jeff Tsarnas, father of hit and run victim, Faith Tsarnis , was arrested in December for felony hit and run. But as of today he is out of custody. Tsarnis posted $35,000 bail Monday, before arriving to his court hearing today.

Just last week, Tsarnas pled not guilty to fleeing the scene after hitting a woman crossing the Fernbridge. She later sustained major injuries.

Two days after the incident Tsarnas turned himself into the California Highway Patrol. It is not known if alcohol or drugs were involved.

Today, Judge Kaleb Cockrum ordered Tsarnas to abstain from alcohol and controlled substances.
