Early morning armed robbery in Fortuna

Fortuna, Ca., (KIEM) A Fortuna business robbed and an armed suspect on the run. 

Fortuna Police are looking for a man they say robbed a business on the 300 block of South Fortuna Boulevard around 6 Saturday morning. 

Police say when officers arrived the suspect fled westbound on Newburg Road. 

They say he’s possibly a Hispanic male, the gun he used had a blued finish and wood handle.

Officers tells us, the man got away with cash.
