Missing Person from Garberville Found Dead

A man is found dead this morning in Garberville.

Around seven in the morning, Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office followed up on a missing person report near the 3000 block of Sawmill Rd. in Garberville.

The report stated the man had left the residence on food and had not returned.

Authorities arrived to the area to conduct a search for the missing person.

During the search, Deputies found the deceased man.

The investigation is ongoing and further information may be released as the investigation progresses.
