Timber Ridge resident celebrates 72nd birthday with family, friends

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-Unable to celebrate indoors, Elena Godinho’s family brought her birthday party outside to the Timber Ridge Assisted Living parking lot.

Elena turned 72 on Tuesday and her family gathered along with Timber Ridge employees for the special occasion at the senior living facility in Eureka.

They brought presents, balloons, honked horns to wish her a happy birthday all while using social distancing. Elena told Redwood News this is something she will never forget.
