Three men arrested for trespassing, weapons charges

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-An investigation is on after reports of armed men trespassing on private property in Eureka.

Deputies were dispatched to the 7500 block of Zanes Road where they found a partially submerged pick-up truck with two men standing outside.

37- year old Matthew Loveless and 52-year old Kevin Perrine were taken into custody after deputies said they located five firearms in and around the vehicle.

Deputies found ammunition on loveless. Perrine also had ammo on his person as well as approximately gram of methamphetamine.

37 year-old Kelly Carrol fled the scene but was taken into custody after being found in brush by a K-9 unit.

All three men were booked into jail by deputies on the scene.
