City of Eureka to issue sidewalk café encroachment permits for free

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM) – As restaurants begin to open, the City of Eureka will be issuing sidewalk café encroachment permits for free.

The permits allow restaurants to serve guests for outside dining and other related activities on public sidewalks.

The City of Eureka will require that restaurants maintain public sidewalk access for people walking by.
