Fourth Covid-19 Related Death, One Additional Case Reported Tuesday

Humboldt County, Ca. (KIEM) — A fourth resident from Alder Bay Assisted Living has lost their life to Covid-19.

Another round of testing was completed at the facility Tuesday, and there are no new positive cases among staff or residents. It has been 10 days since the last new positive case at Alder Bay.

The Public Health Department also confirms 1 new Covid-19 case Tuesday, bringing the total in Humboldt County to 103.

According to health officials, 82 people have recovered from the virus. Of those reported, means of transmission for 3 cases are still under investigation.
