7 new Covid-19 cases, 1 more recovery reported Thursday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Humboldt County Public Health Department reports 7 new cases of Covid-19 Thursday. This brings the county’s total case count to 599 with health officials monitoring 31 active cases.

Of the total cases, 374 had contact to a known case, 132 were travel related, and 81 a result of community transmission. There are 12 cases under investigation. One more recovery was reported Thursday as well, bringing that total number to 558.
