ARCATA, Calif. (KIEM) — A man arrested for arson at a home in Arcata over the weekend has now been identified as the suspect in a string of burglaries at Humboldt State University.

HSU Police have connected Jesse Esteban Banuelos to the burglaries that took place at the College Creek Marketplace, Jolly Giant Commons, and a campus apartment over the last few weeks.
