Predators are getting more creative during the Covid-19 pandemic- using phones calls, texts, emails, and even in-person visits to your home to demand payment for natural gas or electric service.

PG&E says the company would never threaten to discontinue service within the hour- and would never demand payment with a pre-paid debit card, gift card, or a mobile app.
