Armed robbery investigation in Garberville

GARBERVILLE, Ca. (KIEM) -The Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery case out of Garberville.

On Friday, deputies were called out to a home on the 3200 block of Sprowel Creek Road.  Later, they found the victim at Tooby Memorial Park.

The victim claimed he had been robbed at gunpoint and assaulted by two white male suspects. Both are described as 20 to 30 years old, about 6 feet tall, with average builds.  They were also wearing face masks.

The suspects got away with multiple items from the victim’s safe.
