Samoa Bridge Car Crash

Latest information this morning about a deadly crash on the Samoa Bridge Monday, police have identified the victim and provided added details about that collision. Roads leading to the Samoa Bridge were blocked off by police for hours following the head-on crash between two cars about 9:00 pm Monday. The CHP says 49-year-old Dwayne Faughn of Samoa died in the collision. Three others hurt in that crash are hospitalized, including a 6-year-old child. Investigators say they are still trying to determine why the vehicles hit head-on.
