For the rest of our evening hours, we will have mostly cloudy skies along the coastal areas with foggy and misty conditions for lower elevations. Temperatures will drop to the 40s and 50s and winds will be coming from the northwest up to ten miles per hour. A Coastal Flood Advisory will be in effect for lower lying areas around Humboldt Bay from midnight until 2 am for the overnight hours. Up to a quarter-foot of water can be expected to flood this areas. Some roads could have flooding as well. For our Wednesday, we are looking to have cloudy and foggy conditions for the coast and some hazy conditions for the inland areas. Temperatures will be in the 60s through 90s and winds will be coming from the northwest up to ten miles per hour. For the second half of the week, we are looking to have a mixture of sun and clouds, with more clouds than sunshine all over the viewing area. Temperatures will drop a bit by Thursday, then climb back up a bit by the end of the upcoming weekend. We are looking to hit the triple digits for highs again for the inland cities by Sunday and Monday of next week with plenty of sunshine. Coastal cities are looking to be in the mid 60s to mid 70s around the same time. After Monday, we will drop a bit back to the mid 90s for highs inland and low 60s for coastal areas.
