Arcata, Ca., (KIEM)- A $34 million dollar seismic retrofitting project is beginning on Humboldt State University’s campus. The Library and Theater Arts building will experience closures as improvements are made. Most of the work is structural, but when it’s completed (by Fall of 2019), there may be some noticeable cosmetic changes as well.
