Measure C: Freshwater School Repairs Depend On Bond Ballot

Some much needed repairs will be coming to the Freshwater School District if voters say yes to a school bond on the ballot. It’s a two point one million dollar bond that would generate 149 thousand dollars annually. A 55 percent ‘yes’ vote is needed for approval. The money will go to 14 school projects – from fixing leaky roofs, plumbing, and renovating and modernizing classrooms and school facilitates. No money from the bond will go to salaries.
