Busted in Bayside: Hash Lab Discovered During Child Welfare Check

Bayside, Ca., (KIEM)- Authorities discovered a butane hash lab during a child welfare check in Humboldt County Thursday night.

600 lbs of marijuana trim, a firearm, 69 pounds of hash oil and 200 pounds of marijuana buds have now been seized by the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. Officers say they found it all inside an open garage on splinter lane in Bayside. Deputies also say they saw a Hispanic man in front of the structure. He ran away at the sight of lights and sirens.
