Walking and biking safety workshop for Valley West community

Arcata, Ca. (KIEM) Come join residents and community members of valley west. In an assessment workshop to learn how to make walking and biking safer for all including seniors, youth, parents, and people with disabilities.

Neighbors will have a chance to voice opinions and ideas on how to make several Valley West roads a safe place for travel.

The workshop will take place at the Red Roof Inn in Arcata, Wednesday, August 29 from 4-7pm. A community walk will take place and dinner will be served at 5:15pm
