Vacant warehouse fire on West Third Street

EUREKA – Humboldt Bay Fire responded to a small fire early this morning along the Eureka waterfront.

At around 3:30, crews arrived at 55 West Third Street and located a fire on a dock next to a vacant warehouse. It took around ten minutes to bring the fire under control.

Personnel remained on scene for a half hour. It appears the fire was human caused.
