CALIFORNIA – On Monday, we explored the first four propositions California voters will be asked to weigh in on. Today, Tuesday, we look at the next four. Specifically, Props 5-8. These cover topics ranging from property tax requirements, to ridding of the 2017 state gas tax, to allowing for a change to daylight savings time, to regulating how much kidney dialysis clinics can charge patients.
