EUREKA, CA. (KIEM)-A generous donation will help continue providing services for seniors of Humboldt. A check for $100,000 from Humboldt County’s Saint Joseph health, was donated to the Ida Emmerson hospice house. This donation will help provide funding for residential care, not covered through insurance benefits. Joe Rogers, chief executive officer of hospice of Humboldt, says he’s extremely grateful for the generosity of Saint Joseph.
