A man is robbed and assaulted at gunpoint in Southern Humboldt

SOUTHERN HUMBOLDT – A male victim is robbed and assaulted at gunpoint in Southern Humboldt.

It happened at 8 Tuesday night on the 50 block of orchard lane in Redway. According to the victim, he was robbed during a marijuana deal with two male suspects.

One of the men pulled out a gun, and the other struck the victim in the head.

The suspects drove away in a black four-door mercury car. Anyone with information is asked to call the Sheriff’s office.
