New Dollar General near high school raises concerns

EUREKA, CA. (KIEM) – Concerned McKinleyville High School parents are waiting in anticipation on the approval or denial, of a liquor license for a nearby Dollar General. The low-cost variety store is nearing its opening day and currently, California’s Department of Alcohol Beverage Control is still investigating the community’s complaints.
