Cutten residents voice their concerns over proposed subdivision

CUTTEN, Ca (KIEM)-A large Cutten subdivision is in the planning stages. A public meeting for the North McKay Ranch Subdivision was held Thursday night at Cutten Elementary School.

If approved, the project by Kramer Properties would be located on 80 acres of land next to the Redwood Fields and include over 100 single family homes, and 200 multi-family units. Two commercial parcels are also included.

County staff provided residents with information and also listened to their concerns on increased traffic and the impacts the project would have on the environment.
