Police chase ends in Humboldt Hill

HUMBOLDT HILL, Ca (KIEM)-Three people are detained after a police chase that started in Eureka and ended in Humboldt Hill.

Officers tried to make a traffic stop on a car that failed to yield at around midnight Thursday. The car then led officers on a pursuit south of Eureka and up Humboldt Hill Road. The car then turned around and made its way back down Humboldt Hill Road and turned onto Bayview Lane.

That’s where the chase came to an end. The car had a flat front tire and police detained three people. One man who was in the car was reportedly arrested for a warrant.
