Man Behind Bars For Reportedly Discharging a Firearm In Eureka Residence

Eureka, Ca. (KIEM)– A man is in custody after police say he discharged a weapon in Eureka residence.

Around 10 Monday night, the Eureka Police Department responded to the 11-hundred block of Hodgson Street for reports of shots fired.

According to EPD, officers located one bullet hole near the front door of the home.

Deputies arrested 28-year-old Lance Adams for assault with a deadly firearm, negligent discharge, brandishing a weapon and probation violation.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
