Two Men Arrested for Trafficking Heroin

EUREKA, Ca. (KIEM)- Two men are behind bars for trafficking heroin throughout Humboldt County.

During a multi-week investigation, the Humboldt County Drug Task Force received information that 32-year-old Guillerberlyn Ramirez-Guillen and 31-year-old Ernesto Dorta-Luciano were trafficking heroin throughout the county.

On January 29^th, officers conducted a search warrant in the 2600 block of Fairfield Street in Eureka.

During the investigation, agent located empty packaging material and seized over 2.5 ounces of suspected heroin along with $17,000 dollars.

Guillerberlyn Ramirez-Guillen was booked for narcotics violations, resisting arrest, driving on a suspended license and violation of probation.

Ernesto Dorta-Luciano was booked for narcotics violations.
