Eureka Target worker tests positive for COVID-19

EUREKA, Ca (KIEM)-A Eureka Target worker has tested positive for COVID-19. That’s according to the Humboldt County Health Department.

The public health branch has been working with the store to actively investigate this case and has determined that the individual worked on-site but not with customers.

Any close contact with the individual has been tested, and there have been no additional positive tests. Close contacts are being quarantined and monitored at this time.

The health department said there is no evidence of contact exposure for members of the general public visiting the store.
