$7 Million Dollars for H.S.U. Small Business Development Center

ARCATA, Ca. (KIEM) – Humboldt State University’s Northern California Small Business Development Center will receive $7 million dollars from the CARES Act.

The center serves 36 Northern California Counties and supports nearly 45,000 businesses by providing counseling and resources for Local, State, and Federal programs.

The funding from the CARES Act will benefit thousands of small businesses in Northern California by allowing the center to hire additional staff members, host informational webinars, expand the finance center, and launch an outreach campaign.
