One new Covid-19 case, one more hospitalization reported in Humboldt County

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Public Health Department confirms one new case of covid-19 Tuesday bringing the total in Humboldt County to 113. One additional hospitalization has also been reported bringing that total number to 14.

On a more encouraging note, 2 more people have recovered from the virus bringing that number to 103.

According to health officials, 62 people had contact to a known case, 26 were travel-related, 23 were a result of community transmission, and 2 are under investigation.
