4 new Covid-19 cases reported in Humboldt County Thursday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — 4 new cases of Covid-19 are confirmed by the Public Health Department Thursday, bringing the total case count for Humboldt County to 161.

Health officials are currently monitoring 23 active cases. Recoveries and hospitalizations remain unchanged.

Of the total number of cases, 96 people had contact to a known case, 35 were travel related, and 23 were a result of community transmission. Right now, there are 7 cases still under investigation.
