4 new Covid-19 cases, 3 more recoveries reported Wednesday

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Public Health Department reports 4 new cases of Covid-19 Wednesday bringing Humboldt County’s total case count to 397.

Three more recoveries were reported as well, bringing that number to 346. Hospitalizations remains unchanged.

Health officials are currently monitoring 47 active cases. Of the total cases, 237 had contact to a known case, 89 are travel related, and 51 are a result of community transmission. Right now, there are 20 cases under investigation.
