Temporary evacuation points set-up for evacuees throughout 4 counties

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM)-The American Red Cross has set-up temporary evacuation points in Northern California for wildfire evacuees.

Those locations are spread-out over four counties.

Anyone in Del Norte and Humboldt counties can go to the Del Norte County Fairgrounds or the Humboldt County Fairgrounds for assistance.

Evacuees in Mendocino and Siskiyou counties can go to either the Ukiah High School on low gap road or the Karuk Wellness Center in Yreka.

The check points are temporary, and once arrive emergency personnel will get information from you, and place you based on your needs.
