Eureka Police Department continues investigation into protester hit by pickup truck

EUREKA, Calif. (KIEM) — The Eureka Police Department continues its investigation of a protestor that was hit by a pickup truck back on September 24th. The incident happened during a demonstration on 5th street.

The truck is described as dark blue Ford F-250 with a v-gate style tailgate. Anyone with information is being asked to call Captain Brian Stephens at 707-441-4087.

Officials say they’re still trying to figure out who was driving the truck. They also want the person that was hit to contact them as well.
