Del Norte County Public Health reports 13 new Covid-19 cases, 12 more recoveries since Friday

DEL NORTE COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) — The Del Norte County Public Health Department has reported 13 new cases since Friday. The total case count is now 1,068. Health officials are tracking 41 active cases in the community.

The majority of cases, 59% to be exact, have been reported in people 18 to 49 years old. The mean age of cases is 39. As far as the gender break down, 58% of cases are male and 42% are female. There were 12 more recoveries also reported bringing that total number to 1,027.
