Tennant Fire is now 95% contained

KLAMATH, Ca. (KIEM) – The Tennant Fire burning in the Klamath National Forest is now 95% contained after burning more than 10,500 acres.

Fire crews are still busy putting out hot spots.

Officials say that the hot and dry conditions may cause some flare-ups, but nothing that could threaten the control line.

Road closures are still in effect in the area, and the cause of fire is still under investigation.
