FETANYL TRAFFICKING ARREST

HUMBOLDT COUNTY, Calif. (KIEM) An Arcata man is under arrest after drug agents say they caught him trying to smuggle 2,000 fentanyl pills into Humboldt County. 22-year-old Lucas Adams is the latest accused drug trafficker to be caught after authorities tracked him as he picked up drugs elsewhere and drove them up the Highway 101 Corridor. In addition to seizing the pills, drug agents say they also found weapons and identity theft equipment.
