Since 2001 she has served in a variety of different positions including: hands-on staff member providing programs and activities for youth. She also was the Unit Director; overseeing both the Loleta and Eureka clubhouse locations. Four months ago, she became the Interim Executive Director replacing Liz Smith who resigned.

During those four months, she facilitated opening new units in Mount Shasta and Klamath, hiring and training their personnel while keeping existing programs fully staffed and functioning.

Rose said she recognized the appointment as an amazing opportunity to work directly with board members, staff and volunteers to continue to meet the needs of the youth and families the club works with.

She resides in Eureka with her husband and two children.
