Humboldt County students answer important questions with science

ARCATA., Ca (KIEM)- The week-long 35th annual science fair at Humboldt State University is put on by the Humboldt County Office of Education and the Eureka Rotary Club.

These 4th graders through high school students have worked countless hours to showcase their science projects to local professionals the judges are comprised of scientists, geologists, mathematicians and engineers who interview each participant and award ribbons for their hard work… and although there is competition to be invited to the state level, the experience itself is what drives these young minds to ask questions and learn something new.

And if you would like to learn something new yourself the public is invited to see each project tomorrow at the west gym at HSU from 9 am to 3 pm.
