Humboldt State University donations open up possibilities for students

And the possibilities are endless for Humboldt State Students who have made great strides with the help of a $5.8 million donation.

Over the past two years, community funded donors contributed towards education, community service, and research programs.

This includes everything from technology and equipment upgrades for the zoology program — to the creation of an interactive mapping website to help student’s access affordable food and housing.

Additionally, the department of psychology also received funding granting transfer students with scholarships. The university says students are now obtaining the tools and experiences they need to create a better world and brighter future.
